A jury found defendant, Von O. Eary, guilty of count I, unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance,
marijuana, and count II, possession of a controlled substance, cocaine. He was sentenced to imprisonment for terms of 4 to
6 years on count I and 1 to 2 years on count II, to be served concurrently. Defendant has appealed, assigning as error that (1) the trial court overruled defendant's motion to suppress, (2) the trial
court failed to sustain defendant's motion for a directed verdict, (3) the trial court imposed excessive sentences, and (4)
the trial court failed to grant defendant's motion for mistrial. We affirm.
